Diversity is an important component of business and workplace success that should be valued by all. Managing diversity in the workplace involves the recruiting and retention process, training and supporting individuals, as well as creating a work environment to achieve the full potential of its people. It should integrate a sense of belongingness and embrace diversity. Effective diversity processes should reach all employees, creating a workplace culture that is inclusive regardless of similarities or differences.
